Job Description
Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 250 Yonge Street) / Clients office (downtown) 34 times per week subject to change at any time.
This role will be equivalent to a L8 IT Operations Analyst IV
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must Have Skillset:
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate 35 years relevant experience Experience performing work on all aspects of application and systems support
Depth knowledge and experience in Service Now (Knowing how to open/update and close incidents change records and Problem records know how to extract and filter information and make dashboards and reports)
Deep knowledge and experience updating application certificates (Manual or using EDP)
Writing and communication skills creating technology documents or presentations have technology passion and is a good team player
Good to have:
TD Experience
knowledge to support monitoring setups in Dynatrace and Splunk
