Position Overview:
Matrix Fitness the leader in commercial fitness equipment is launching our Onyx Collection and seeking an extremely professional wellconnected sales account manager to drive new sales to customers positioned as luxury and highend within Independent Luxury Hospitality Spa and Cruise Lines.
Onyx is our new ultrapremium commercial fitness line showcasing the pinnacle of Matrixs design and industryexclusive technology. Developed for the premium and luxury markets the Onyx Collection consists of five cardiovascular machines that elevate the fitness experience with premium materials advanced technology and meticulous attention to detail. Designed to complement and enhance any facilitys dcor Onyx creates a unified aesthetic with its fusion of luxury accents and details.
We are seeking an exceptionally professional and highly experienced candidate within the Luxury space in the role of Lifestyle Strategic Account Manager to spearhead our efforts in the Independent Luxury Hospitality Spa and Cruise Line channel segments. The ideal candidate will have a polished and professional image outstanding relationshipbuilding skills and a deep network within the industry including strong connections with Independent Luxury Hospitality brands CEOs and Csuite executives. This role requires a person who can navigate highlevel conversations with confidence and ease. This position will create Onyx Collection opportunities and sales within in the aforementioned channel segments of the U.S. Commercial Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Sales Account Management:
Collaborate with marketing sales leadership territory managers and other sales team members on Onyx revenue development strategies.
Develop and maintain strong longlasting relationships with strategy/key accounts within the hospitality industry including luxury hotels and resorts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for toptier clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded with our premium products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with clients specific requirements and brand standards.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to maintain our mkt leadership.
Represent our Onyx Collection at industry events conferences and meetings showcasing our brand with professionalism and poise.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics driving business growth and profitability.
Marginal Job Functions:

Education:
Minimum bachelors degree preferably in related field.
Masters degree preferred but not required.
Additional training certification a plus.
Experience:
5 years of industry experience as a proven producer preferably in the fitness equipment or the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated success with a strong network and relationships with Csuite executives and hospitality decisionmakers.
Required experience and demonstrated success in the hospitality and vertical market channels with a proven track record of understanding and meeting ultrapremium and luxury clients unique wants and needs.
Sales forecasting and reporting capabilities required
Experience in technology sales particularly within the industry preferred
Possess a polished and professional image and demeanor with a natural ability to connect with highprofile clients.
Other Requirements:
Valid drivers license required for weekly domestic travel
Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint
