Job Description
M.A. Wolf Trucking Inc. is seeking a customerfocused and detailoriented Dispatch Support Specialist to join our team and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role is based in our Slinger WI office and requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fastpaced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all job duties and responsibilities in a manner that prioritizes safety.
- Interact with customers via multiline phone system email online chat or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Communicate openly and efficiently with all route and transport fuel team members.
- Work weekends or extended hours on a rotational basis.
- Coordinate portable tanks in conjunction with dispatch functions.
- Gain proficiency in both the route and transport dispatch system to provide backup during vacations or absences.
- Participate in crosstraining to support various business segments.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers drivers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining focus.
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills for efficient route preparation and assignment.
- Basic understanding of geographical areas and mapping programs for effective routing.
- Proficient with or able to quickly learn dispatch and recordkeeping systems.
- Comfort working in a shared space with multiple ongoing conversations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- M.A. Wolf is willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
