About the role
Are you looking to earn extra money on a flexible schedule
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our bus cleaning teams at depots across Cornwall.
As a Bus Cleaner you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buses (both internally and externally) using appropriate manual and powered cleaning equipment to meet the high standards required. Interior bus cleaning will require sweeping mopping window wiping emptying bins and other general cleaning tasks and external cleaning will require the use of a jet wash and other equipment.
CURRENT VACANCY:
Newquay 8.15 hours per week over a twoweeks rolling rota 16.5 hours over two weeks).
- Week 1: working Saturday 21:00 > 01:30 and Sunday21:45 > 01:30
- Week 2: working Saturday 18:30 > 23:00 and Sunday 18:15 > 22:00
Note: a driving license required for this role as bus shunting is needed.
About you
Ideally you will have previous cleaning experience (although full training is provided) and able to commit to working shifts with late finishes.
A driving licence is essential for the vacancy in Newquay (as it opens the opportunity for shunting training allowing you to move the buses onsite and refuel them) a Cat B driving licence is required to be able to shunt buses.
Our offer to you
Salary: 12.80 13.50 per hour
Working Hours: part time shifts
