Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an entrylevel Site Supervisor/Day Porterto join our Jeffersonville Indiana team at IST Management! This is a direct hire fulltime position with IST Management with the opportunity for advancement into site management roles and beyond. Prior reception experience in any type of office environment is a huge plus!
Schedule:Regular business hours MondayFriday 7:00AM4:00PM occasional overtime no weekends!
Compensation:$18.00 $21.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities
The Site Supervisor/Day Porterposition will work with the onsite IST Management team and customer to provide office support to employees and guests. Other responsibilities include:
- Cleaning of common area glass doors/windows
- Inspect the building and its components on a regular basis identify and prioritize necessary cleaning and repair activities and report safety and security concerns.
- Maintain kitchen area make coffee supply food and snack items
- Stock and Clean bathroom areas daily (soap paper dispensers toilet paper)
- Spot mop as needed
- Light facilities as needed
- Setup conference room meetings as needed
- Break down clean up after conferences
- Replenish supplies in all breakroom areas
- Ensure office supplies and support areas are ready for daily operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have prior supervisory/customer service experience are a team player and are willing to train! Other qualifications include:
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US high school diploma or GED required. Preemployment drug screening required
- Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to cross train in services provided
- Must have access to reliable transportation
