Job Overview
Use your expertise and knowledge to support the Marketing teams at TMobile. The Enterprise Sourcing Manager is an individual contributor that is instrumental in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs. This role is responsible for the procurement of a wide range of goods and services including marketing creative and social services digital marketing sponsorships print and tools ensuring costeffectiveness and efficiency. By negotiating favorable terms and managing longterm contracts with suppliers the manager contributes to significant cost savings and enhances supplier relationships. The position involves rigorous supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions and optimize spending. Through these activities the Enterprise Sourcing Manager plays a crucial role in supporting TMobiles operational excellence and competitive positioning in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs.
- Drafts negotiates project manage and executes contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements statements of work letter agreements and cloud services orders. Negotiates favorable terms and manages longterm contracts with suppliers to ensure costeffectiveness and efficiency.
- Procures a wide range of goods and services including marketing creative and social services digital marketing sponsorships and events print and tools.
- Conducts rigorous supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions.
- Optimizes spending and contributes to significant cost savings through effective sourcing strategies.
- Foster collaborative relationships with multiple business owners and enhances supplier relationships by maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Business or Engineering (Required)
- Masters/Advanced Degree Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
- 47 years Experience in enterprise sourcing particularly in marketing creative and social services digital marketing sponsorships print and tools. (Required)
- 47 years Experience in managing business requirements project plans project schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company. (Required)
- 47 years Experience in strategic sourcing including development and management of category strategies RFP/RFI development and contract negotiations. (Required)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Negotiation Expertise in negotiating terms and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and cost savings. (Required)
- Strategic Sourcing Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with corporate objectives. (Required)
- Vendor Management Skills in overseeing and enhancing supplier relationships including conducting performance evaluations. (Required)
- Financial Analysis Proficiency in conducting scenario analysis and optimizing spending to support budget management. (Required)
- Analytics Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions. (Required)
- Problem Solving Ability to identify issues in the procurement process and develop effective solutions. (Required)
- Business Acumen Understanding of market trends and business principles relevant to procurement and supply chain management. (Required)
- Leadership Skills in leading teams and projects fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment. (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification from APICS that demonstrates knowledge and skills in supply chain management including procurement and sourcing strategies. (Preferred)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) that signifies expertise in supply management and procurement functions. (Preferred)
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM): Certification that indicates advanced knowledge in purchasing management contract negotiation and supplier analysis. (Preferred)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
