Vitamins & Minerals (VMS)Category Development Lead

About the Role

This newly created role is embedded in the Local Operating Company and reporting to General Manager Poland/Ukraine.

Category Development Lead for Vitamins & Minerals (VMS) in Poland is responsible for driving the strategic transformation and accelerated growth of the VMS category across Poland and other key markets within the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the overall category strategy(Centrum Rutinoscorbin) enhancing consumer reach and driving innovation as well as redefining the routetomarket (RTM) for the category.

In this role you will be accountable for Centrum & Rutinoscorbin sales and market share growth leading and managing of a newly formed VMS team including marketing innovation sales effectiveness and project management ensuring seamless crossfunctional collaboration.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for Centrum and Rutinoscorbin in the Vitamins & Minerals (VMS) category in Poland aligning with global objectives and market dynamics.

  • Identify growth opportunities and create a competitive edge through innovative product development consumer reach initiatives and routetomarket (RTM) strategies. Portfolio expansion and strategy.

  • Drive category transformation by leveraging market trends consumer insights and competitive analysis to enhance brand positioning and category relevance.

  • Lead key initiatives to grow the category including innovation pipelines marketing campaigns and new product launches.

  • Influence and engage with senior stakeholders including local leadership teams (Local LT) General Managers of other business units and global category heads to secure buyin and align on strategic priorities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VMS category development across Poland and CEE representing the category at senior forums.

  • Oversee the development and of an innovation roadmap for the VMS category ensuring alignment with market needs and consumer preferences.

  • Implement a new routetomarket strategy( GTM) optimizing distribution channels partnerships( outside of mass market/pharmacies) and sales effectiveness to maximize category penetration and growth.

  • Grow online business.

  • Work closely with local teams in Poland to ensure brilliant of category initiatives including product launches marketing campaigns and sales programs.

  • Continuously refine strategies based on results and learnings to drive ongoing improvement.

Why you

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • University degree in business management; MBA preferred

  • English and Polish fluent

  • Senior leadership experience

  • Proven track record of driving category growth and leading strategic transformation initiatives particularly in Vitamins & Minerals or related health categories specifically in healthy food and healthy snacking categories.

  • Proven experience in building online business

  • Being bold in moving things forward pragmatic in turning data into actions brings outside in. Entrepreneurial mindset backed up by experience

  • Prior experience in leading crossfunctional teams including marketing innovation sales and project management with demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to synthesize market trends consumer insights and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies.

  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour particularly in the health and wellness space and a passion for delivering consumerdriven innovation.

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions make decisions in uncertain environments and drive agile .
