An exciting vacancy has arisen within our Maintenance team team for a Maintenance Technicianto join the team. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor the main purpose of this role is tosupport with planned maintenance and corrective activities.
Please note this role is being offered on permanent Double Day shifts
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
Maintain and find fault with a wide variety of automated industrial plant and process equipment including stainless steel fabrication CNC/Robotic machinery metal forming/press tool machinery assembly plant powder coating paint plant etc.
Hydraulic Pneumatic experience essential
Knowledge Skills & Experience Required:
Qualified in a relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
Proven mechanical fitting experience in an industrial maintenance engineering environment.
Able to read and follow mechanical drawings.
Competent with bench and machine fitting.
A proven working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Competent with lifting/slinging.
Capable of working unsupervised when alone or as part of the team.
PC literate.
Basic welding competence (preferable but not essential).
FLT driving license/experience (preferable but not essential).
IPAF license to drive MEWPs i.e. scissor/boom lifts (preferable but not essential)
Current driving licence.
