Position:Clinic Coordinator Clinical Research Unit
Location: Boston MA
Schedule: 40 hours per week Onsite

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Research Unit (CRU) at Boston Medical Center is a new state of the art in hospital clinical research space which will serve as a Core for research projects across the hospital. The Clinic Coordinator for the Clinical Research Unit (CRU) will oversee the daily operations of the clinic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Associates degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration life sciences) required.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Phlebotomy certification required
IATA/DOT shipping certification required within 60 days of hire
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years of Clinical Unit Coordinator experience required.
Experience in a research unit preferred.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
Strong computer skills are essential (Excel /Access/Word /Outlook). Ability and willingness to become proficient in other computer applications.
Ability to take initiative handle multiple priorities and tasks in a deadline driven environment.
Must be able to maintain accuracy and be detail oriented.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
