The Coordinator of Website and Digital Services is responsible for coordinating developing enhancing and maintaining TSCs websites and digital marketing tools to ensure an engaging and userfriendly experience for all audiences. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Web Coordinator to support the Colleges digital presence across a variety of platforms. Web Coordinator will gather and manage content from multiple sources and publish it using the Colleges content management system CMS . Web Coordinator will apply best practices in usability and search engine optimization SEO to enhance content visibility and improve the overall user experience. Updating the Colleges Flickr accounts maintaining the campus news website managing digital signage across campus creating web splash pages and coordinating and updating podcast content. Help develop and manage the online presence for highprofile institutional events. Ensure all media content meets ADA compliance standards (e.g. captioning transcripts) copyright regulations and institutional branding guidelines. Cultivates individual relationships and partnerships that support the Colleges initiatives. Attends the workplace regularly reports to work punctually and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite. Completes duties and responsibilities in compliance with college standards policies and guidelines. Uses interpersonal skills and makes sound judgments to decide how duties and responsibilities are completed between coworkers the supervisory chain faculty staff students and customers. Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored by the Texas Southmost College TSC . Supports the values and institutional goals as defined in the Colleges Strategic Plan. Working hours may include evenings holidays or weekends depending on deadline requirements and special events. Performs other duties as assigned.
