Position Summary
We are expanding the ACA risk adjustment analytics team to support provider enablement Sr Analyst Informatics position will serve as a subject matter expert on ACA Risk Adjustment intervention and will be responsible for recommending strategy and providing analysis support for risk adjustment activities.

  • Understand the risk adjustment concept (HCC risk score etc. and utilize Health Care data (medical claim RX EMR) from multiple sources
  • Use SAS/SQL to extract and process data from large data warehouse
  • Build statistical models to solve business problems
  • Recommend business strategy to support risk adjustment operation
  • Proficiency to build automated process/batch jobs
  • Present and communicate with client from tech/nontech background



Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of data processing/analysis experience
  • 2 years of SAS SQL and other DB language experience
  • 1 years of Python experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cloud technologies (GCP/AWS) is preferred
  • Basic understanding of statistical models is preferred.
  • Prior domain knowledge/experience of healthcare industry EMR (Nice to have)

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Masters degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46988.00 $122400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
