Brokerage Coordinator
Job Description Summary
The Brokerage Coordinator will assist brokers Local Operations completing requests in support of brokerage activities and deal flow management. In this role the Brokerage Coordinator will perform select deal management and master data management activities to ensure brokers are provided high quality efficient and effective services. Brokerage Coordinator may also be required to assist with coaching & mentorship of new hires.
Job Description
DaytoDay Request :
- Read and understand legal documentation related to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions and have familiarity with local CRE regulations as appropriate (such as listing agreements)
- Enter and update opportunity/deal information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems according to prescribed processes
- Prepare forms to create and correct master records (suppliers billing customers) coordinate submission to data governance teams and monitor resolutions of data quality issues
- Coordinate with Local Operations/Internal Functions Teams to update deal information and communicate reissue resolution status
- Monitor accuracy of data within enterprise systems to identify and resolve data quality issues
- Monitor deal management workflow to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manor (such as signage mls posting/removal)
- Work with brokers/clients to complete FINTRAC required documentation for all sale transactions.
- Coordinate sign installations & removals for GTA brokers
Technology/Task Management:
- Use CRM software to view action and update Deal Desk request records
Other:
- Provide peer mentorship and assist training facilitation for new hires
Core Competencies:
- Proven track record of completing tasks according to SLAs or in accordance to a set of quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute tasks and resolve conflicts as they arise
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication (written oral) and customer service skills
- Teamplayer capable of building strong collaborative relationships with peers and internal business partners
- Experience working with Salesforce Workday or other Accounting/Customer Relationship Management software a plus
- Familiarity with Fintrac and other Commercial Real Estate regulations an asset
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry an asset
The compensation for the position is: $61200.00 $72000.00
