Job Description
Alternative Learning Environment (ALE) generally involves providing specialized instruction and support to students who may be struggling in a traditional classroom setting. This may include atrisk students those with learning difficulties or students experiencing social or emotional challenges. ALE positions often require creating a positive and supportive learning environment developing individualized learning plans and collaborating with other educators and support staff.
A football coachs responsibility is to lead and train a football team developing both individual player skills and team strategies to achieve success in competition. This involves planning and executing practice sessions evaluating player performance and creating game plans. They also mentor players ensuring their overall wellbeing and adherence to team rules and regulations.
