School Nurse Washington DC trip
School(s) Sky View and Samoset (one nurse for each)
Stipend: $400
Description:
Eighth grade Field trip leaving from Middle Schools on May 20 and returning on May 23. Four action
packed days of sightseeing and exploring with the eighthgrade students and staff. Hotel room and
meals provided with exception of the first day where lunch is not provided.
Duties include: Preparation prior to the field trip obtaining medications including medication orders
providing and documenting medications and treatments given assessing students providing first aid.
Attending at least one meeting with staff and families regarding Washington DC.
First aid bag will be provided.
Student medical information and documentation binder will be provided.
