Summary of the Position:
The Coordinator is responsible for contributing to and supporting the senior accounting team. They will be responsible for working with internal departments and external partners with a business focused mindset through project management budgeting and reforecasting accounts receivable reporting as well as coordination with Asset Management Portfolio Management and Property Management to help with tasks related to all U.S. assets and all U.S. funds. Other responsibilities will include assisting with coordinating meetings budget preparation adhoc projects and working with outside contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Tishman Speyer business teams to provide clear and concise accounting pricing estimates for ongoing assets as well as for future acquisitions.
Drive daily task management by working within the accounting department across our asset portfolio to efficiently accomplish tasks. This will include using all Microsoft products such as Word Excel Outlook Box Teams Tableau and DocuSign.
Assist with the monthly review of budget to actual variances coordinate with appropriate point people to obtain explanation for the variances consolidate answers and work with managers for next steps.
Help lead and put together monthly and quarterly property financial metric reporting for Senior Management
Serve as the point person for 3rd party vendor IT access to comply with security protocols. Work directly with Tishman Speyer IT for any access and contractor renewals for the accounting team.
Assist with project management for new adhoc projects by taking initiative to work and lead other teams to make progress and accomplish goals for Tishman Speyer and our investors.
Coordinate meetings for several managers including for audit firm coordination monthly transaction update and interdepartmental meetings.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
2 7 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
Strong Microsoft Office skill set; including Excel

The base compensation range for this role is $75000 to $80000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as well as access to our comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance life and disability insurance 401(k) plan (with matching contributions) wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to fulltime Tishman Speyer employees. This base range reflects a number of factors including but not limited to relevant experience skill sets and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyers New York team as weve considered factors specific to this geography.
