About the Role:
Veralto is seeking a Global Payroll Process Owner (GPO) to contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team which is to enable the delivery of the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on their highestvalue work through operational excellence technology and analytics.
The Payroll GPO contributes to the success of Veralto by overseeing our global endtoend payroll processes and owning the development and implementation of the global payroll process roadmap. In this new role you can make your mark setting a strategic agenda aligning the organization reinforcing brand and culture and shifting behavior to facilitate desired business outcomes that enable Veralto to grow through our greatest strength our people.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $150000.00 $228000.00 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
