Now were on the lookout for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our Social Europe team.
As a Senior Social Media Manager youll be an arbiter of excellence and growth across client social media accounts internal communications and external brand building. Using your exceptional copywriting conceptual thinking and content ideation skills youll craft content strategies and social guidelines to ensure engaging and fresh client content. With one eye always on upcoming trends you will take charge of the creative direction of our client work.
Working directly with clients you will deal comfortably with timelines overlapping projects and pitching new workstreams to new and existing clients.
Alongside managing and developing your team of social experts youll have the opportunity to shape the social media presence of our clients creatively and strategically. Youll lead the charge in crafting engaging content that resonates with audiences while staying agile and responsive to the fastpaced world of social media trends.
Line management of Social Media Managers and Community Leads across the team including; objective setting feeding progress reports delegating tasks as well as manage motivate and develop to create a high performing team
Oversight and sign off of multiple workstreams across a range of clients
Strategic and creative input to internal comms and brand promotion
Proactive client development: support the Client Partner in identifying opportunities for upselling
Responsible for oversight of concepting and delivery of planned content for the month ahead as well as leading team in concepting reactive content
Oversee and sign off copywriting for all assets that go out on the clients social channels
Responsible for ensuring any local market assets to legal for approval and ensuring you have all relevant client sign off before scheduling content
Sign off and oversee management of uptodate and accurate content calendar for all social platforms across clients
Recommend trends or cultural moments for the brand to activate around potential concepts these could be
Ensure all content is scheduled accurately and in a timely manner
Work with the engagement team to pull out social listening which would be relevant to monthly content planning
Able to jump on trends quickly and in line with business objectives
Work closely with your wider agency team to ensure content is aligned to the social strategy and business objectives
Attend status meetings with the client to ensure content is reviewed and signed off as effectively as possible
Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting briefing team to provide useful insights for both client and internally
Work with creative and design leads to ensure high and low level social assets are created in line with the visual strategy for the client.
Support the Head of Social with wider team tasks when required

Outstanding copywriting skills
Socially savvy: you will be native on all social platforms (particularly TikTok and Instagram) and be able to jump on the right trends for your client in a timely manner
Fantastic communication skills: you will be able to work with your wider agency team to ensure content ladders up to client objectives as well as senior stakeholders at different seniority levels
Reporting experience: you will be able to oversee the performance of content feed insight from what you see on the platforms and tell clear stories back to the agency and clients
A TikTok and Instagram native always in touch with the latest trends
Ability to lead concepting of reactive and proactive content
Confident in using overseeing and using insight tools such as Sprinklr
Adept at pitching for new clients ideating contributing to strategic and editorial development
Confident presentation skills in front of client and within external events
Fantastic attention to detail
A curious proactive approach with a cando attitude
A team oriented professional with the ability to work independently and selfmotivated
Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to juggle several tasks at once
Can demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams
Extensive experience in social media management
Experience working for multimarket clients preferred but not required
Uptodate and current knowledge of social platforms and social media trends
Wide range of experience using and creating content for TikTok and Instagram
Solid experience with scheduling tools and insight tools
Experience managing and developing a team
Remote/Flexible working (occasional travel)
