Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead a variety of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has 5 8 years of proven experience managing diverse commercial projects including those in the healthcare education religious municipal and financial sectors.
This individual will oversee all aspects of project planning coordination budgeting scheduling and client communication to ensure projects are completed on time within scope and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and cost tracking.

Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Review and manage contracts change orders RFIs submittals and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and company standards.

Resolve any issues or delays quickly and effectively.

Support the estimating team during the bidding phase with constructability reviews and input.

Qualifications:
-
5 8 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
-
Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the above industries.

Strong understanding of construction methods contracts and project documentation.

Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

Proficient with construction software (Procore Bluebeam MS Project or similar).
-
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred (not required).

PMP OSHA 30 or LEED certifications a plus.
