Construction Assistant Project Manager
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $70k-$85k
Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team.
Construction Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in bid preparation and perform takeoffs
- Coordinate project related meetings and assist in purchasing materials and equipment
- Act as liaison between field personnel subcontractors and office staff
- Assist field staff where needed
Construction Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:
- 2 years of similar experience in general contractor environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using construction software such as Procore or similar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
