Job Description

Our client is adding a Construction Project Coordinator to their busy company. This opportunity is a Direct Hire role and in the GA area with weekly meetings in the Atlanta office. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in this opportunity please click Apply Now.

As a Project Coordinator you are responsible for meeting daily at construction sites with client and contractors to ensure all details are carried out according to drawings. Your role includes tasks such as reading drawings solving problems communicating to all parties reviewing and responding to RFIs attending meetings tracking progress of jobs producing weekly report updates and letters of completion and close out documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or Architecture preferred OR some college with construction admin or management experience
  • 3-5 years of Commercial Construction Site experience
  • Experience with Construction inspections and construction processes
  • Experience with Engineering systems
  • Proficiency in MS office Word Excel Outlook
  • Proficiency reading engineering and construction drawings schematics blueprints and identifying action steps
