As an Application Operations Specialist you will assist potential Mudflap customers in completing credit applications.
This role involves a hybrid work approach balancing inoffice collaboration with the ability to work remotely.
Expectations (In this role you will):
- Outreach to applicants via phone email and SMS who need to provide supporting identity documents financial verification or business verification
- Assist any applicants that contact Mudflap via phone email or SMS for assistance with their credit application
- Maintain processes and coverage for completing credit applications communicating with customers to clarify any missing or inconsistent information and request additional documentation if needed
- Collaborate with credit card issuers and underwriters to resolve any application discrepancies or concerns providing them with the required information in a timely manner
- Process and update sales deals in HubSpot to track application status and decisioning
Experience (What we look for):
- Prior experience with credit products and/or credit underwriting to include KYB/KYC processes
- 1 years of customer service experience with the ability to empathize listen and effectively communicate with customers; ideally in the Financial or FinTech space
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Solid understanding of credit card application processes regulations and compliance standards
- Strong problemsolving skills to resolve application issues and customer inquiries
- Detailoriented and ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines
- Experience with traditional CRM softwares

The salary range for this role is $57000 $70000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidates skills experience and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or shortterm incentives.
