About the Role
Leading and managing a team of Care Coordinators you will facilitate highquality service provision while ensuring that contract and service eligibility expectations are met across existing and new inhome Aged Care services across Southern Brisbane.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in local in home Aged Care services and funding be a relationship focused leader and have experience in networking and business development within the community services sector in order to drive the growth of our Aged Care programs. You will be skilled in change management to support the upcoming implementation of the Support at Home program.
This is a Permanent FullTime position with hybrid work from home arrangements. Our ideal candidate will be located in South Brisbane or the Gold Coast area to work some days each week from our office in Capalaba.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check.
