Workday Integration Specialist

Are you an enthusiastic developer with good experience in the Workday system

About the Role:

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join our team at Mehilinen focusing on building maintaining and developing Workday integrations in Mehilinen Group.

Since the beginning of 2021 Mehilinen has utilized Workday and as an HR System Integration Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and developing current integrations and build new ones for Mehilinen group to support the development of automation and customer experience

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal and external systems globally. Currently Mehilinen is already operating in Estonia Finland Germany Lithuania and Sweden.

  • Work with Integration tools such as Workday Studio Workday Orchestrate EIB and API along with other middleware solutions.

  • Ensuring that endtoend system functionality including processes and integrations works as designed.

  • Handson duties like investigating and resolving integration issues ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborate closely with Functional Leads Operational SMEs and their 3rd party counterparts to develop and maintain processes.

  • Participate in Integration testing during projects involving Integration stream.

  • Support reporting needs in Mehilinen globally.

About The Team:

Our Workday team consists of six members and in addition to your integration support role you will be part of the team solving tickets and loading data into the system. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment within an awesome HR team that is developing and growing. We hope you will join our team with your unique personality and experience contributing to interesting development projects such as expanding our HR operations globally.

We are now looking for a person that would be based either in Lithuania Estonia or Sweden working closely with the country HR team but as part of the global HRIS team.

Skills and features that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Workday Integration Development and support.

  • Overall 5 Workday experience including business process and reporting expertise.

  • Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio Orchestrate EIB PECI etc.. Workday certifications are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of XML XSLT SOAP REST and web services.

  • Good understanding of developing processes and functionalities in one or multiple Workday streams.

  • Highly motivated flexible team player with the ability to deliver in a timely and professional manner.

  • Capability to work in an international environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects or duties simultaneously.

  • Strong ability to prioritize schedule and perceive dependencies between different large entities adapting quickly to new challenges.

  • An innovative attitude a desire to find solutions and the ability to make decisions.

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
