Your future team:
You will join a growing and supportive team that currently consists of four engineers and their manager and is now doubling in size.
The team operates with a high level of autonomy and ownership encouraged by a leadership style that trusts your initiative. While the end goal is clear complete and compliant documentation ready before operator training how you get there is up to you.
What you will be doing:
Youll be part of a wellorganized competence matrix where responsibilities are clearly distributed. On average you can expect to split your time between documentationrelated tasks (reviewing improving and managing documentation) and active participation in project meetings risk analysis and solutionfocused discussions.
Youll collaborate closely with engineers who create the documentation ensuring its complete and meets safety standards.
Managing the CE marking process for investment projects
Managing documentation
Leading risk assessments for production equipment and installations
Inspections of equipment
Review of tender documentation
Collaboration and communication
What you bring:
The role of Senior Quality Engineer requires a proactive mindset with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder management. You should possess a high level of communication autonomy decisiveness and time management skills.
