Sitting at the intersection of product marketing and sales youll ensure our messaging is clear our materials impactful and our product visible in the right places.

Youll work at the intersection of Product Marketing and Sales collaborating closely with teams across the company to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Youll play a key role in connecting these areas ensuring that product messaging is clear gotomarket strategies are executed effectively and sales teams are fully supported with the right tools and content. Your contributions will help shape the way Noxtua is positioned in the market and support all theams with consistent product messaging.
YOUR HIRING MANAGER
Youll be working closely with Nils our VP Legal Operations and Legal Sales. With a legal background and extensive experience in the legal tech space Nils bridges the gap between legal expertise and product strategy. He brings a deep understanding of legal workflows and user needs and is passionate about building AI solutions that truly support legal professionals in their daily work.

Your responsibilities
Develop clearly differentiated product positioning and messaging based on market research and customer insightsto positionNoxtuaeffectively in the legal tech space.
Plan and execute gotomarket strategiesfor product and feature launches in close collaboration with product sales and PR teams.
Create impactful salesand customer successenablement materialssuch as slide decks demo scripts onboarding assets and objectionhandling content.
Analyzetrends conductcustomerand market research and build relationships with analysts and industry expertsto strengthenNoxtuasmarket presence.
SupportNoxtuasvisibility byidentifyingrelevant channels andeventsand collaborate with the other communication teams to ensure consistency across all external communications.
About you
34 years of experience in Product Marketing Sales Enablement or a related role ideally with at least 1 year specifically as a Product Marketing Manager
A background in B2B tech especially in industries where compliance and trust are key (e.g. legal tech fintech tax tech)
Strong storytelling skillsand handson experience in creating content for diverse formats and audiences
A strategic mindsetcombined with the ability to execute operationally
Excellent written and spoken English (C1; fluency in German or other European languages is a strong plus
A degree in business marketing communication law IT or a related field
