Job Summary:

As a Ecommerce Production Functional Analystyou will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organizations B2B ecommerce platform. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders focusing on the functional aspects of the ecommerce system within a production environment. The analyst will troubleshoot issues optimize processes test new functionalities and provide ongoing support to maintain a highperforming and customercentric B2B online store.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support Functional Operations & Issue Resolution

Investigate and diagnose functional problems providing timely and effective solutions.

Work on production support tickets for functional issues ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Collaborate with technical teams (developers system administrators) to resolve complex issues related to Ecommerce B2B stores.

Functional Configuration & Optimization:

Use & build Deep knowledge of Functional Configuration ecommerce platform settings including product catalogs pricing promotions order managementB2B organizational hierarchy and checkoutpunchout processesintegration with SAP SD etc.

Understand and test new features and enhancements which get implemented as part of Monthly Releases and Hotfixes.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ecommerce system.

As neededTranslate business requirements into functional specifications in the form of bugsenhancements for development teams.

Provide training and support to endusers on any new ecommerce platform functionalities

Develop and execute functional test plans and test cases.

Conduct Sanity testingUser Story Acceptance criteria testsExecute Regression test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements.

Identify and report defects and track their resolution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Proven experience of 3 plus years in Functional Production Support with a good Domain knowledge of Ecommerce platforms and preferable knowledge of B2B stores B2B organizational hierarchies Punchout Product Catalogs Warehousing management concepts Integration with SAP Backend.

Good to have Exposure to SAP Hybris Backoffice .

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Willing to work in Morning Evening shifts and support Weekend activities on rotation.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in an ecommerce Production support environment.

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Hybris Salesforce Commerce Cloud Magento etc..

Experience with production support and incident management.

Familiarity with functional testing and quality assurance practices.

Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRAServicenow or similar.

Understand integrations with SAP Salesforce etc.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 2 years of directlyrelated or relevant experience preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
