Interim Parish Specialist
WHY DOES THIS POSITION EXIST IN CCO
CCOs mission is to raise up Christcentered Spiritfilled leaders to evangelize the world one person at a time. As we seek to fulfill CCOs 10 Year Vision in the Beyond space our partnerships with parishes dioceses and key movements are one of the most important areas to invest in. The Parish Specialist lives CCOs mission in a very practical way by being the hands on Accompanier to grow these external relationships partnering to help raise up multiplying movements of Intentional Accompaniment around the world.
WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO FOR CCO
- Raise up multiplying missionaries around the world using CCOs methods
- Support and deepen key global partnerships
- Enflesh IA and missionary culture in parishes and dioceses through Beyonds programming and coaching
- Support alumni and other likehearted leaders
- Develop and refine teachings and trainings
- Expand CCOs reach in Canada the U.S. the U.K. Ireland and around the world
- Actively participate in the mission of the New Evangelization and work toward the propagation of the Gospel. This includes taking the initiative to lead CCO faith studies share the kerygma (through tools like the Ultimate Relationship booklet) and/or participation in the evangelization efforts of CCO.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
Were looking for people with the following qualities and skills:
- Must have proven track record of multiplication
- Must have experience as a either a movement builder in a parish or a team leader on campus
- Experience applying Intentional Accompaniment in a variety of contexts is valuable.
- Are passionate about parish evangelization
- Are entrepreneurial and agile in their ability to coach and redirect on the fly
- Remote accompaniment experience is an asset
- Must be an actively practicing baptized Catholic

LOCATION: CCO National Headquarters in Ottawa
WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal Office Conditions with regular travel
