The IT Delivery role is responsible for the endtoend success of strategic IT projects programs and Agile initiatives. This includes leading crossfunctional teams through the full system development lifecyclefrom planning to postdeployment supportwhile collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders. The position also emphasizes team leadership mentorship and process improvement within Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
Lead IT projects or Agile Release Trains (ARTs) with a focus on delivery excellence team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Build coach and mentor highperforming project teams.
Develop and manage project budgets schedules and resource plans.
Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and levelofeffort estimates to support planning and tracking.
Define and monitor test plans test metrics and quality benchmarks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation aligned with SGWS PMO standards.
Deliver effective status reporting and risk management.
Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
Promote Agile principles such as transparency focus and collaboration throughout the team.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning reviews retrospectives).
Coach teams to selforganize and continuously improve Agile delivery cadence.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.
5 years of experience in IT project delivery or system development.
Experience leading small to midsized projects $500K budget and/or 10 team members).
Strong collaboration facilitation and communication skills.
Critical thinker and problem solver capable of influencing and guiding others.
Proficient in project scheduling budgeting and risk assessment.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Handson experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Masters degree.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certification (e.g. SAFe Agilist).
Experience managing crossfunctional and technical project teams.
Skilled in Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban Scrumban XP and Lean.
Experience with Agile tools like VersionOne.
Background in process optimization and risk evaluation.
Executive presence with a record of coaching project staff and influencing change.
Ability to align IT solutions with business goals by understanding the enterprise application portfolio.
Remove team impediments that hinder Sprint goals.
Maintain a consistent sprint cadence and promote Agile maturity.
Facilitate constructive team conflict and drive positive change.
Promote team selforganization and crossfunctional ownership.
Lead Agile ceremonies and support continuous delivery and improvement.
