Job Title: Team Manager Telecalling & Client Communication

Salary: Up to 25000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Manager to lead our telecaller team and maintain effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team achieves performance targets while delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Supervise and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily weekly and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance provide regular feedback and implement improvement plans.
Ensure team compliance with company policies and scripts.
2. Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing queries and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the telecalling team.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients as required.
3. Operations & Reporting:
Manage daily operations including workflow distribution and team schedules.
Prepare and share performance reports with management.
Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions for better efficiency.
4. Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions to enhance the teams communication and sales skills.
Onboard and guide new team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience of 6 months to 2 years in team management preferably in a telecalling or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Gujarati.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word etc..
