Job Description
Job Summary:
The Site Measurement Executive is responsible for taking accurate measurements of spaces for the purpose of creating interior plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles as well as experience with sketchup or computeraided design (CAD) software.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree in civil interior design or a related field
Proficiency in design software and technical tools including Sketchup Sketchup Layout
etc.
2 years of experience in interior design
Experience of Modular Woodwork Concepts
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Additional Allowances: Petrol Allowance
Software Skills: Sketchup Autocad
Other Requirements: Must have own bike and a valid Indian Driving License
Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving both design and technical challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Visiting sites to take accurate measurements of the interior spaces as per the actual site
conditions
Create interior layouts in 3D using Sketchup based on the exact site measurements
Communicate with architects interior designers and other members of the design team
Doing crossmeasurement and preproduction checks for the designs as per the actual
site condition
Ensuring that the designs proposed meets the feasibility criteria
Ensuring that all the notified processes and company standards are followed at all the
stages of the project.
Ensure that site masking is done as per the finalized designs
Ensure that all measurements are accurate and uptodate
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Work independently and as part of a team
