Job Description
We are hiring for AWS Developer with Lambda for Bangalore Hyderabad and Chennai location.
Skills required:
- AWS Connect Amazon Connect Agent Workspace Python Amazon LEX Lambda Integration Lambda Step Functions S3 API Gateway Dynamo DB CloudWatch CloudFormation IAM CloudFront
Responsibilities
- At least 8 years of AWS Connect experience
- Experience in implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers
- Experience in customizing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace integrating with 3rdparty applications and designing Agent Workflow Guides
- Experience building conversational interfaces using Amazon LEX
- Capability to write CloudFormation templates
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Must have good communication skills and Team leading experience
- Develop PoCs prototypes demonstrations and assets
- Work with AWS business development sales and architecture teams for campaigns opportunities and solutions
