Business Development Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking three proactive and resultoriented Business Development Associates to support the Senior Vice President in driving growth across NBFCs MFIs and Banks. These individuals will focus on generating new opportunities managing the initial sales process and ensuring smooth collaboration with senior leadership for deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Market Outreach:
- Open doors to potential partners in the NBFC MFI and Banking sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and build a robust client pipeline.
- Proposal Management:
- Prepare and send initial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain high standards of clarity and customization in all proposal documentation.
- Client Engagement:
- Lead initial meetings with prospects alongside the Business Development representatives of the Business Team.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects to establish strong client relationships.
- Progression and Collaboration:
- Progress opportunities to advanced stages by involving senior leadership including Senior Vice President Business Development and Business Head for strategic alignment and closure.
- Facilitate seamless communication between all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in financial services or allied industries.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue opportunities.
- Familiarity with NBFC MFI and Banking operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
