Automobile Spare Parts Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Automobile Spare Parts Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our inventory ensuring efficient order fulfillment and building strong relationships with our suppliers and customers. This position demands a strong understanding of automotive spare parts excellent organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of automotive spare parts processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers. The successful candidate will also be involved in inventory control supplier communication and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The position requires a strong work ethic ability to prioritize tasks and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records of automotive spare parts.
- Processing customer orders ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Preparing and submitting reports on inventory levels sales data and other relevant metrics.
- Identifying and addressing potential supply chain disruptions.
- Suggesting ways to optimize inventory management for cost reduction and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair procedures is a plus.
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

- Proficiency in using inventory management software (if applicable).
