Job Description: Customer Support Assistant
Scope
- Monday to Friday 08:30am 17:30pm UK time with 1 hour unpaid break
- Handle all customer support inquiries for a thirdparty logistics provider
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to ISO accreditation standards and data protection protocols
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Hubspot ticketing system
- Access carrier backends to check and provide tracking information to clients
- Perform actions in the warehouse management system including creating replacement orders
- Manage and prioritize approximately 300 support tickets per month
- Provide consistent support during UK business hours
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with customer support ticketing systems preferably Hubspot
- Familiarity with ecommerce and logistics processes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
