Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 5pm9:30pm Chicago (CT/CST) (with a 30min unpaid break)
Our client is seeking a detailoriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive their educational institution outreach initiatives. In this role you ll be instrumental in connecting their groundbreaking AI interview preparation platform with universities and colleges across the United States. You ll have the opportunity to work with modern tools and technologies while helping shape the future of career preparation in higher education.
This position offers the perfect blend of strategic communication research and relationship initiation all while working remotely with a forwardthinking team.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify key decisionmakers within universities and colleges
Build and maintain comprehensive contact databases using Google Workspace
Craft compelling personalized email campaigns targeted at educational institutions
Execute strategic outreach to potential university partners via email
Monitor campaign performance and manage response tracking
Source and validate contact information through professional online channels
Forward qualified leads and responses to the appropriate team members
Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and outcomes
Contribute to the refinement of outreach strategies based on campaign performance
Exceptional written communication skills with nativelevel English proficiency
Demonstrated experience in email marketing or outreach campaigns
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and related productivity tools
Excellent research and data organization skills
Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Selfmotivated and able to work independently
Professional communication style and business etiquette
Reliable internet connection and a quiet dedicated home office setup
Ability to align with Chicago business hours
Experience with educational institutions or B2B outreach (preferred)
