Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 paid hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9:30am until 5:30pm EST
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break
  • Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a resultsdriven Sales Executive to join a growing financial technology company. You ll play a crucial role in connecting businesses with innovative payment processing solutions that streamline their operations and boost their bottom line. You ll work alongside a team of experienced sales professionals in a fastpaced environment where success is wellrewarded. This role offers an attractive base salary plus unlimited commission potential making it perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a performancebased culture.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to business owners and decisionmakers across North America
  • Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their current payment processing needs and challenges
  • Perform live transfers to senior sales representatives for qualified opportunities
  • Schedule followup appointments when immediate transfers aren t possible
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective cold calling techniques
  • Track all prospect interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily calling targets and conversion metrics
  • Research and generate new leads using provided tools and resources
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximum conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven track record in telemarketing cold calling or B2B sales
  • Outstanding English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to work fulltime during North American business hours (EST)
  • Strong qualification and consultative selling abilities
  • Experience with modern phone dialer systems and CRM platforms
  • Selfmotivated with a proven track record in commissionbased roles
  • Resilient personality with the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Basic understanding of payment processing or financial services (preferred)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
