Job Description
At our Pied Piper Nursery in Shawlands Glasgow we are looking for a Lunch Time Cover Nursery Assistant to join the team. Ideally having an Early Years qualification or at least experience working with the under 5s. Lunch time roles are 11am to 2pm monday to friday all year round . Salary is up to 11255.40 depending on experience and qualifications
Part of the CC Nurseries Group our nursery is ideally situated in a quiet area close to Shawlands train station and Shawlands shopping centre. This location allows us to offer a quiet and calming space for children. to explore at their own pace. At Pied Piper our caring and passionate team believe in nurturing children with real life hands on experiences. With outdoor resources where possible. We offer an extensive outdoor area with a unique and inspiring sensory shed and creative studio giving children of all ages the opportunity to discover and experiment as they learn and grow. We understand each child is different and we want to provide children with a unique experience that works for them with our quality team resources and environment.

Requirements
As a Lunch Time Assistant you will
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Enhance the allaround daily needs of children including their physical intellectual social and emotional development
Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child staff parent and visitor always
Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the curriculum are being met
Ideally with an Early Years Qualification or with experience of working with the Under 5s.
