Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of production processes and supply chain management
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
