Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with finance stakeholders to understand current processes pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IT tools.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors for solution design testing and deployment.
- Support system implementations enhancements and integration projects across finance functions (e.g. AP AR GL FP&A Treasury).
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) prepare test cases and manage defect resolution.
- Facilitate user onboarding training and postimplementation support.
- Monitor system performance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of deployed tools with business objectives and compliance standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance IT Business or related field.
- 4 6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis with a focus on Finance tools and solutions.
- Strong understanding of finance processes such as reporting budgeting accounting or treasury.
- Handson experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) finance automation tools or BI platforms.
- Prior experience working in or with FMCG companies is mandatory.
- Strong communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA BlackLine Anaplan Power BI or other modern finance tools is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization automation (RPA) or cloudbased finance platforms.
- Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field. 4 6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on Finance tools and solutions.
