What you will do:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to the objectives of Indian and USbased clients.
Analyze market trends competition and audience behavior to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Establish clear performance goals and KPIs for all search advertising initiatives.
Campaign Management:
Oversee endtoend campaign workflows including keyword research ad copy creation bidding strategies and performance optimizations.
Tailor campaigns for regional demographic and behavioral targeting to maximize relevance and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ads landing pages and bidding strategies to continuously to improve performance.
DataDriven Insights:
Monitor campaign KPIs using tools like Google Ads Bing Ads and Google Analytics.
Leverage advanced reporting tools such as Data Studio and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
Provide clients and stakeholders with detailed performance reports insights and recommendations.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop advertising solutions aligned with their objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor by recommending innovative strategies to drive measurable results.
Budget Management:
Plan allocate and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum returns.
Ensure costefficiency while delivering on performance goals and revenue targets.

Requirements
8 years of experience managing largescale search ad campaigns particularly on Google and Bing.
Proven expertise in Automobile BFSI FMCG Ecommerce Retail SaaS and Tech industries.
Multiclient exposure and experience handling campaigns for both Indian and US markets.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in:
Tools: Google Ads Bing Ads Google Analytics Data Studio Tableau or equivalent platforms.
Techniques: A/B testing market segmentation and conversion optimization.
Experience managing a minimum ad spend budget of $5 million USD.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing highperforming teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and crossfunctional collaboration.
2-4 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong team player with a go-getter mindset. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Robust analytical skill set. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.
