Job Description

A leading furnishing showroom is looking for Showroom Sales Manager to lead and oversee daily operations of our furnishing showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance managing the showroom team and delivering exceptional customer service. A strong background in furniture home d cor or interior design retail is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead train and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Provide expert advice to customers on furniture soft furnishings and interior styling solutions.

  • Ensure a premium instore customer experience aligned with the brand image.

  • Monitor stock levels coordinate with procurement for replenishment and manage inventory accuracy.

  • Create and execute visual merchandising strategies to maximize floor space and enhance product appeal.

  • Analyze sales performance generate reports and present insights to senior management.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers to boost showroom traffic.

  • Maintain showroom cleanliness ambiance and overall presentation.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Interior Design Retail Management or a related field.

  • 3 5 years of experience in retail or showroom sales preferably in furniture or home furnishings.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong sales acumen with a customercentric mindset.

  • Good understanding of furniture materials trends and space planning is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS/CRM systems.
