Customer Success
At the core of Bectrans mission our Customer Success Department plays a pivotal role. This team is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction from the initial product demonstration to ongoing support postimplementation. As a Customer Success Representative youll be involved in crucial aspects of SaaS Product Implementation Product Management & Strategy and providing both Technical and Business Support to our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with Illinois pay transparency requirements we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $60000$70000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
