As anAccount Manager I you will be focused on managing midtolarge loan clients and their portfolios as well as working side by side with team members across the loan team. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients requests and leading special projects/analyses as requested.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Pre/postclosing contractual review and setup
  • Review/interpret contractual documents for payment verification analysis
  • Prepare documentation procedures and systems to ensure controlled setup and stabilization of RMS Securitized products
  • Research and determine resolution for more complex Client/Investor inquiries
  • Partner with external and internal parties to troubleshoot and improve production processes
  • Participation in small/medium technology enhancements focused on client needs and efficiency/control
  • Maintaining client relationships with clients; consulting with clients to identify and define business requirements
  • Collaborating with external clients and internal team members to find appropriate solutions for the clients unique business needs
  • Performing contractual document reviews and negotiating complex legal agreements
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management policies; coordinates closing activities
  • Monitoring market changes and developments translating into new valueadd services while ensuring stellar customer satisfaction in coordination with team
  • Recommend and implement service enhancements introduce developments or solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations
