Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates weekly practice schedule and workouts. Working with other coaches to think through practices and offer personalized feedback to swimmers.
Communicates efficiently and clearlywith Members regarding tryouts progress and team information.
Always providing quality customer service to all members and team members. Communicates feedback well to the team and helps maintain the organization of the pool.
Attends all swim meets as a USA swim certified coach.
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
3 years swim coaching
Experience with Team Unify and Meet Manager is ideal
Certifications
USA Swimming Certified Coach
