About the role
In this role you will provide essential case management support for up to six Children & Young People in our therapeutic care homes in Wollongong. Working closely with them and their support network youll develop and implement tailored therapeutic case plans that focus on their individual needs and permanency goals.
To succeed youll need experience working with children in outofhome care managing complex caseloads and supporting young people with disabilities mental health issues and medical conditions. A solid understanding of trauma and its effects is also key to delivering effective support.
