About the role:
At Compass ELC Outdoor Programs you will work as an Educator in a naturebased program designed to challenge the senses and inspire creativity imagination and childled play. You will work alongside some of the most passionate caring and dedicated educators in the industry. You will spend your time engaging connecting and learning alongside children families community partners and coworkers. You will model and grow a perspective of equity and strive for a deeper understanding of cultural awareness. This role is a part of a pilot project with the Millbrook program spending time visiting natural spaces around CELC Millbrook outdoors for the will be based on program needs and funding. You will work 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Program hours typically run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm but may be subject to change depending on program need and funding.
