JobDescription

The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketingcampaigns ensuring seamless coordination between strategy and . Thisrole involves working closely with internal teams external partners andagencies to drive successful marketing initiatives monitor performance andalign campaigns with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

CampaignImplementation and

Lead the endtoendexecution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digitalsocial media email offline activations and paid media.

Ensure all marketinginitiatives are aligned with brand guidelines messaging and overall businessobjectives.

Coordinate withcreative teams content writers and designers to develop compelling marketingmaterials.

Deploy and monitordigital campaigns through platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn and email marketing tools.

Ensure seamlessintegration of marketing campaigns with CRM automation tools and customerengagement platforms.

Manage campaigntimelines ensuring timely roll outs and adherence to deadlines.

Conduct A/B testingand optimize content creative and delivery methods for better engagement andconversion rates.

Troubleshoot andresolve challenges ensuring smooth campaign delivery.


Stakeholder and Agency Management

Act as the keyliaison between internal teams external agencies and thirdparty vendors toensure smooth of marketing campaigns.

Collaborate withcreative content and media agencies to develop highquality marketingmaterials and assets.

Work closely withinternal teams including product sales and customer success to alignmarketing initiatives with business objectives.

Ensure agencies andvendors adhere to timelines budgets and brand guidelines.

Facilitate regularmeetings with stakeholders to track progress provide updates and resolveexecution challenges.

Negotiate contractsscope of work and deliverables with external partners to maximize value.

Monitor agencyperformance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintain strongcommunication and collaboration between all stakeholders to drive marketingefficiency and effectiveness.


Performance Tracking and Optimization

Track keyperformance metrics (KPIs) across all marketing campaigns includingimpressions engagement conversions and ROI.

Utilize analyticstools such as Google Analytics MetaBusiness Suite CRM dashboards and marketing automation platforms tomonitor campaign effectiveness.

Identify trendsinsights and areas for improvement based on datadriven analysis.

Conduct A/B testing and experiment withdifferent campaign elements (ad creatives messaging targeting and formats)to optimize results.

Provide detailedperformance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders ensuring alignmentwith business goals.

Optimize marketingspend by reallocating budgets based on performance analysis and return oninvestment (ROI).

Continuously refinestrategies based on campaign learnings to improve engagement lead generationand customer acquisition.


Process and workflow Management

Develop andstreamline marketing processes to ensure efficiency consistency andscalability.

Establish clearworkflows for campaign planning and review ensuring seamlesscollaboration between teams.

Define standarrating procedures (SOPs) for campaign approval processes andstakeholder communication.

Ensure marketingassets creatives and content are systematically organized and easilyaccessible for future use.

Identify andeliminate bottlenecks in the process to improve turnaround times.

Coordinatecrossfunctional teams ensuring alignment on campaign timelines anddeliverables.

Maintaindocumentation of marketing processes best practices and learnings to improveexecution efficiency over time.
