Salary and Benefits:
The salary range or hiring range for this position has been established at $2467.50 per course.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training.
The above salary range or hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Bachelors degree in English Education Communications or related field with TEFL Certificate.
- Two years of teaching ESL in an academic setting.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to teach a broad variety of ESL skill areas and proficiency levels.
- Experience using technology in pedagogy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in TESOL Applied Linguistics or related field.
- Four years of fulltime teaching experience in an intensive English program setting.
- Fluency in a language other than English.
- Experience teaching English abroad.
- Experience in: curriculum construction assessment and accent modification.
- Experience with Canvas as a learning management system

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to establish rapport with persons of diverse backgrounds.
