Poland plays the role of Technology Cocreation and Acceleration Hub building capabilities driving digital innovation. In Roche Informatics we are a diverse team of open and friendly people enthusiastic about technological novelties and optimal IT solutions.
At Roche we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with inperson collaboration. For now we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs such as workshops conferences town halls team meetings and other collaborative events.
The Product Development Approval and License Management domain is searching for a Solution Architect. The role will center on enhancing Patient/Investigator experiences and accelerating product delivery. This Domain is pivotal to the Pharma business streamlining the endtoend development approval and maintenance of Roche products and solutions.
The opportunity:
Designing solutions that adhere to enterprise standards.
Conducting architectural reviews of existing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Researching evaluating and implementing new technologies through proofofconcepts and adoption.
Defining nonfunctional requirements and reviewing implementation to identify discrepancies between design and code.
Staying abreast of new industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and business benefit.
Leading the identification of optimal solutions for Roche via formal RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.
Collaborating with business users and Subject Matter Experts to evaluate the feasibility of potential solutions.
Identifying opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes.
Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 710 years in IT architecture and implementation.
Expertise across multiple technology domains including Cloud Automation Data and AI.
Handson experience with platforms such as AWS GCP Snowflake and Mulesoft.
Industry experience in pharmaceuticals with drug development knowledge as a plus.
Familiarity with SAFe or other leanagile frameworks is an advantage.
Strategic mindset negotiation skills and adaptability with the ability to balance longterm goals with immediate needs and integrate quickly into large teams
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
