Were seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team!Our Talent Sourcing team is focused on attracting hiring and retaining top candidates for clinical and non clinical needs.
Location: Remote/Work from home. Must reside within our geographical footprint of IA IL or WI.
Shift: MF Days Fulltime.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with regional recruiting teams to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals.
- Utilize market insights to develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and direct sourcing techniques.
- Conduct candidatescreening to evaluate role fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines (icims CRM) to support talent demand and maintain candidate engagement.
- Stay informed of market insights and best practices to attract engage and retain talent within the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
What Youll Need:
- 3 years experience in a talent sourcing/lead generation role collaborating with Recruiters to understand hiring needs aligning sourcing strategies and delivering highquality candidates.
- Understanding and passion towards the healthcare field preferred.
- Highly organized in managing candidate pipelines and tracking sourcing activities effectively. focused on efficiency and team player.
- Experience crafting Boolean search strings particularly for sourcing candidates in healthcare roles.
- Experience measuring tracking candidate conversion rates and funnel metrics to deliver data based solutions and strategies.
- Experience sourcing talent across multiple channels including (but not limited to): LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed iCIMS CRM iCIMS ATS and social media.
- Stay informed of market insights and best practices to attract engage and retain talent within the healthcare industry.
